Minimum Order and Payment Policies

St. Joseph's has a minimum order policy of $25 before shipping.

All orders are to be pre-paid before shipping - NO exceptions! This means NO C.O.D.

We accept money orders only on mailed-in payment orders. USA customers please remit with pink International money orders as green US Postal ones cannot be cashed outside the USA.

We do not accept personal cheques as payment - please don't ask! Thank-you!

We ship within 48 hours of the next business day on in-stock items.

Changes in ordering options
Due to the new, more stringent regulations concerning processing credit cards, all our credit card processing will be done through Globecharge automatically or by you logging into Paypal. We will no longer keep your credit card information on file. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause but it is out of our hands. Credit Card companies new regulations aimed at credit card fraudsters have simply made manual card processing unworkable.

Canadian Orders over $200 (BEFORE shipping) automatically receive FREE insured shipping - it's programmed into our cart!

USA Orders over $300 CDN (BEFORE shipping) receive a $20 shipping credit refunded to which ever payment method was used. This credit applies only to shipping and cannot be applied to the order. Credit has no cash value and cannot be carried over to future orders.

Our Shipping Rates reflect actual Canada Post rates based on weight and location. We do not charge a handling fee!

Incorrect Address

If the address submitted on your order is incorrect and your parcel is returned to us we will gladly re-ship to your correct address if you pay the postage. Alternatively, when we receive your returned parcel from Canada Post we can refund your payment less the original postage cost.

Airmail small packet takes 16 -21 business days** and does NOT have insurance or tracking. Please bear this in mind if selecting it as your shipping option as all the risk is on you! There is very little Postal accountability which is why it is so cheap. If your Airmail small packet parcel is lost in transit Canada Post cannot trace it and will not allow us to file a Missing Parcel claim until 30 calendar days after the date of mailing. **This method is only available for orders under $35.00

Ground Expedited takes 10-14 business days** and has both insurance and tracking. If your Ground Expedited parcel is lost in transit Canada Post can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.

Express Post is guaranteed delivery within 7 business days** (not counting the day of mailing) and has both insurance and tracking. If your Express Post parcel is lost in transit Canada Post can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.

FedEx Courier is guaranteed delivery within 5 business days** (not counting the day of mailing) and has both insurance and tracking. If your FedEx Courier parcel is lost in transit Canada Post can trace it and deliver a payment verdict within 3 days after which we can either re-ship your order or give you a full refund.

** Business days means not counting Saturday or Sunday or statutary holidays

Returns

Aiming for Zero Returns

St. Joseph's makes every effort to list product sizes. Pictures are of the actual items for sale. A copy of your order is emailed to you to review for correct sizes, quantities and colors. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the order information is correct. Don't be shy to get out a ruler and measure! Item dimensions are on every listing.

If you are still unsure EMAIL US! We are always glad to answer product inquiries!

We DO accept returns but Insured Postage costs usually exceed the value of the items being returned and we do not give refunds on items that don't reach us so PLEASE check that your order is correct to avoid this situation. Uninsured items are sent at the purchaser's own risk. We do not re-imburse postage on returned items and a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

We will gladly replace items with manufacturer's defects, although we do try to inspect everything before it is packed.
